Since 1988, JURIX has served as the premier international gathering for researchers, practitioners, and students passionate about the intersection of Law and Computer Science. The conference explores the application of computational techniques to legal domains, encompassing areas like Legal Knowledge-Based Systems, Legal Information Retrieval, and AI & Law.

Recent years have witnessed remarkable advancements in areas such as Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Knowledge Representation. These innovations are transforming legal practice through applications like automated document review, legal reasoning support systems, and predictive policing.

The increasing availability of large legal datasets and powerful computational tools is empowering researchers and practitioners to tackle complex legal challenges. The development of explainable AI (XAI) is also crucial for building trust and transparency in legal AI systems.

JURIX 2025 offers a vital platform to share research and practical applications in the field of Law and Computer Science. We invite submissions of novel, unpublished work on all topics described in the Call for Papers, including but not limited to legal reasoning, legal information retrieval, and the ethical implications of AI in law.
