Registration

• Paper Presentation:  All accepted papers must be presented in person at the conference, either as oral or poster presentations (as indicated in the final notification from the Program Chairs).  

• Attendance:  On-site attendance is mandatory, as the conference is intended to provide an opportunity for scholars to meet, share insights, and strengthen the sense of community that has always characterized JURIX.  

• Registration Requirement: All conference attendees, including paper presenters, poster presenters, and general participants, must register for the conference.

• Author Registration:  At least one author of each accepted paper or poster must register for JURIX 2025 by the registration deadline for the contribution to be included in the conference program and proceedings.
  Each registration covers the presentation of one paper or poster. Co-authors of additional accepted works are required to register separately.  

Academic and Student registration is intended for participants affiliated with a university or research institute;
General registration is intended for participants not affiliated with a university or research institute.

Note:  On-site registration will not be available. All authors and participants must register via the official online platform.
